What is the minimum order quantity?

For custom orders, our minimum is 50 pieces per design. For wholesale orders of existing designs, the minimum is 20 pieces. Contact us for special bulk pricing on larger orders.

How long does it take to process an order?

Standard production time is 7-14 business days after design approval. Express options are available for rush orders (3-5 days) with additional fees. Shipping takes an additional 5-10 days depending on destination.

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer sample production for custom orders. The sample fee starts at 0 and is refundable when you place a bulk order of 100+ pieces. Sample production takes 5-7 business days.

What customization options do you offer?

We offer embroidery, patch designs, printed logos, 3D puff embroidery, and custom dye-sublimination. You can choose logo placement, thread colors from our extensive palette, and various cap styles.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for best quality. High-resolution PNG/JPG files (300 DPI) are also acceptable. Our design team will help optimize your logo for embroidery.

Is there a design fee?

Basic vector conversion is free. Advanced design services or custom artwork creation are available for 5-75 depending on complexity. Talk to our team for details.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Express international shipping (3-5 days) and economy options (10-15 days) available. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

For quality issues or wrong orders, we offer full replacements or refunds within 30 days. Custom orders with correct specifications are not returnable. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are issues.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order status. For custom orders, we'll send regular updates via email.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers for bulk orders. For large wholesale orders, we offer net-30 payment terms with approved credit.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer tiered wholesale pricing. Contact us with your business details and estimated order volumes for a custom quote. Reseller discounts start at 20% off for orders over 200 pieces.
